1. WARD is not liable to return your deposited fees. However, if you notify WARD in writing at least 7 days before the programme (for local training), you may adjust the fees with any other WARD programme; however, for international training or certification, WARD may accept or reject your request for a refund or adjustment.
2. For any refund, the refund cost will be charged.
3. For any refund, WARD will take a maximum of 30 days.
4. For credit card payments, the refund will be adjusted within 30 days with the same credit card.
